Suggest a song idea
Writing as many songs as I am, I’m going to run out of subject matter sooner rather than later. The musical side is not so much of a problem for me, but it’s easy to see my lyrics becoming repetitive and ultra-mundane before long.
So please help me out! Send in your lyrical ideas, and hopefully I’ll be inspired to make songs about them.
Be as vague or as detailed as you like – whether you want to give me a huge treatment for a story, or simply a two-word combination that you find interesting, I will be massively grateful. As an example of how a song can be grown from the tiniest idea, check out song #9.
All I ask is that you surrender these ideas to me. So if I write a song based on your idea, while you will be credited for the inspiration, the intellectual rights for the song will be mine alone. I know this sounds really horrible, but it’s to help avoid messiness later on. Thanks for understanding.
(also, feel free to submit synopses of already-published stories, then sit back and laugh as I get sued to death for plagiarism)
