Everything in the lyrics was derived from the wording of the letter – her saying ‘Thank God’ was enough to give me the religious aspect. I enjoy growing tiny seeds into tall ridiculoustrees.

(every single verse is just a direct retelling of the spoken word part – I didn’t think I’d be able to wrest a verse out of the sentence that’s nothing but ingredients, but I turned out to be wrong)

As for what accent I’m doing, I have no sodding clue at all. All of them, I think.
